Terra has secured offtake agreements for Extension Hill, leveraging off the established infrastructure which is in place to service the project.

Road and Rail in place
Production is easy, logistics is challenging. Road, rail and port infrastructure to service Extension Hill is secure.
Low-risk revenue
With offtake and logistics partners in place, we’ve ticked every box to derisk the project.
Black Ore
Our offtake partners, Black Ore and Baowu, provide us with a steady, stable revenue stream.
Black Ore Pty Ltd. primarily relies on imported ore as its main source of raw materials for factory production. The processing sequence involves crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, and strong magnetic separation. The company has further optimized the process for magnetic minerals and hematite, utilizing a high-gradient magnetic separator with a ring matrix for separation.
This system can process imported coarse ore at a rate exceeding 260 tons per hour.
After separation, the concentrate is subjected to dewatering using a disc filter, resulting in a final product of iron concentrate with a purity of 65%.
The strong magnetic tailings are transformed to a concentration of 45% using a slant plate thickener (or thickening tank), and the tailings are dewatered using a filter press, with the final moisture content controlled at below 15%.”

Black Ore is a fully owned subsidiary of Hubei Tiexin Tong Industrial Co., Ltd.
