Founded in 2020, our focus at inception was to place technology and talent at the forefront of our commercial model – leveraging innovation and expertise in the pursuit of efficient production.
Terra Mining was born out of a desire to reform mining contractor services. Our focus when we commenced trading was on providing efficient production – optimising efficiency to deliver value, while effectively prioritising the development of talent.
These traits led to the development of a culture and reputation that has allowed us to rapidly pursue evolution from contractor to provider. Quiet, consistent, incessant focus on performance in all sectors of our operations has positioned Terra to expand at a rate few thought achievable. It was made possible by people. It was born out of belief.

Strategically partnering with Norton Gold Fields, we swiftly succeeded in distinguishing ourselves as a contractor with vision, determined to deliver and maintain peak production.
Following the commencement of trading, Terra was quickly awarded several major, key expansion projects throughout the Kalgoorlie Goldfields; including Rose Dam, Porphyry, Golden City and Binduli.
Our reputation for the pursuit of innovation was built off the back of a desire to scale. Retrofitting the dynamics required to successfully expand is costly in both resources and time.
