Our commercial planning always called for scalability. The development of sustainable systems across all divisions of our business – operations, maintenance, engineering and corporate were prioritised to ensure that we could grow with purpose.
Alongside the implementation of standardisation, we also pursued considered investment in a fleet that could service our existing contracts while providing a platform for our expansion. We partnered with the standard-bearers in capital equipment – names such as Liebherr, Hitachi and Caterpillar, to acquire a fleet capable of exceeding production targets in wide array of environs.
